MIAMA uses Paypal to process credit card payments.  You will be redirected to the secure Paypal site to complete your transaction.

Form Instructions:

1. Enter First and Last Name (will default to your user name - if different, type in correct information)

2. Enter invoice number OR item that you are paying for.  This helps us know what your purchase is for and will also show on your paypal confirmation.

3. Enter amount you would like to pay.

4. Press "Submit Payment" and you will be directed to the Paypal website to complete transaction information.
