This year is the long arena survey.  You may want to collect information regarding general gross revenues for the different revenue generators, ice time trends (avg's), etc.

They survey will be available to submit information until April 1, 2010.

Directions:

Pages are set up regarding the different sections of the survey.  Click "Continue" button at the bottom of each page to go to the next section.  At the end of the survey, there will be a "Submit" button.  This will submit your answers.

Please note:  If you are unable to answer a question at the initial visit, you may leave that blank and return to the survey site, fill out the required questions and page through to the question you would like to fill out.  Page to the last page and click submit.  We will merge your submissions in the final report.
